 I have done much research and trials to perfect the starter technique and now I get perfect bread every time. To take the hassle out if it all for you, this kit comes with freshly fed sourdough starter. All in a sterilised glass jar with a spare jar to decant the sourdough both with a rubber marker so you can see how much the starter is rising. It will also come with 5 days organic bread flour feed and  full  instructions and a bread recipe. So it will be ready to go ! So much easier. 
 
The expiry date is two weeks from receipt, but this can be prolonged if refrigerated. A small amount of Sourdough starter can be kept after baking to set off another batch for your next loaf.
