80g worms. These have done a great job composting away in our Norfolk Polyculture. They will feed on just about anything vegetable, cardboard, egg shells as well as garden waste. 
 
They need to be settled in properly and need a secure container while you are settling them in. THEY WILL TRY TO ESCAPE! We use normal compost bins and large vegetable trugs covered with Hessian
